PTI- Celebrating the Past, Present & the Future: 2013

Hi Blog Friends,

I thought I'd join in on the fun over at PTI (Paper Trey Ink).
 It's their 10 year Anniversary!
They're looking back on the year 2013 in this post....
One set in particular that caught my eye back in 2013, maybe you know it?

You can find out more about their celebrations on PTI here:
Since we're talking about the past,
I thought I'd let you know what I thought when this set came out....
I saw this set demonstrated by the designers & I FLIPPED over it!
The moving parts was a selling part of this wonderful set!
Many other companies were coming out with bicycles I remember, but they didn't move!
It was/is  a versatile set with the many different sentiments that came/come with it, &
sweet little images too that go in the bicycle's basket!

So, without further-a due let me show you what I did with this set!
I created a background with water color paper & another set from PTI-- Don't Forget to Write.

I die cut the bicycle several times & layered them up..... It gives the piece dimension.....
I also dipped it in clear embossing powder & heat set it.
It made me feel I could just ride away on this little bicycle!

Here's a nice close-up!
Maybe, we should talk, "Present/s?" LOL

I made this card a birthday card for a friend of mine....
I used PTI- In Stitches Collection for the banner flying behind the bicycle.

For the inside sentiment, I chose to write my own.
Just wanting my friend to know how much she meant to me.
We've known each other for so many years---since our High School years.

Here's what I wrote:
I used some of the left overs of the water color paper on the inside to tie it all together.

As for the future,
 I wish
